CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS
Our mission is to identify only the best of the best.
1. We search nationwide for those often hard-to-find highly specialized professionals. In our search, we utilize the following resources:
- A large internal network of potential candidates. We diligently search this network, locating only the best matches, and proactively contact those individuals to gauge their interest in the position.
- Past job seekers we’ve placed are also a great resource for providing recommendations and referrals of potential matches.
- We utilize various external resources and search engines to proactively reach out to passive candidates that match the experience and background required for the job.
2. As part of an extensive screening process, we meet with potential candidates to ensure that they not only meet the technical and educational requirements of the position, but that they will be a professional and cultural match as well.
3. We will narrow the list of candidates to at most three to four potential fits. We’ll create a bio for each and submit them to you for review.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. We will coordinate the interview process based on your preferences. This could include multiple interviews over the phone and/or in person.
2. If the candidate looks to be a match, we will facilitate any negotiations regarding the offer, using our industry expertise to consult both the client and candidate throughout the process.
3. As requested, we can administer additional services, such as reference checks and personality assessments.
